Val Woods CPR is dedicated to equipping communities with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to safeguard the children they love. Led by nurse, CPR Instructor, and author Val Woods, our team blends compassion, real-world experience, and hands-on training to help prepare communities when moments matter most.
We are honored to partner with Sisters Haven and Adoption Circle to provide infant-focused Heartsaver CPR, AED, and First Aid training to mothers of children under one year old.
